The shackle mounting points are easily accessible and the hooks look vicious, which is what I wanted. They create just enough of a lip not to allow the bolts to smoothly move through the mounting points. ReviewInstallation: 1/5 Horrible, in part due to my warnings above. Rugged Ridges provides plastic washers that are supposed to hold the bolts in place for when you install the bumper onto the mounting points, but if you're off by a millimeter, the bolts are going to move and the plastic washers won't do. Didn't want a giant stinger for example. I think this is a good compromise. I was looking for a bumper that looked aggressive but not over the top since this is also my office commuter at times. It took me about a dozen tries to get the bumper onto the mounting points because all 6 bolts have to enter the points at the same time, perfectly, since they are free-standing. Mostly though, the bolts for the bumper are free-standing, meaning they're not ... Price: 5/5 Hard to beat. Don't spend 20 minutes trying to figure it out like I did. You can re-install the L brackets after positioning the bumper on the frame. I'll get to the review after two important tips/warnings for installers!1.
